Pricing applies Friday-Sunday and holidays. Reservations must occur between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., including event setup and breakdown.

Weekend rates include an 8-hour buyout of the entire facility, with the option to purchase up to two additional hours if more time is needed. Reservations include tables and chairs for up to 96 guests (including setup and breakdown), the presence of an event monitor and security guard, and post-event cleaning. 

Discounted rates are available for City of Santa Barbara residents and non-profits. Proof of residency or 501(c)(3) status is required to receive discounted rates. 

A $300 non-refundable down payment is required at the time of booking.

Throughout the week, the Louise Lowry Davis Center is home to a variety of free programs and services for community members. However, areas of the building may be reserved at an hourly rate for private events, meetings, and celebrations as availability allows.

The Louise Lowry Davis Center offers flexible catering options, allowing you to bring in vendors of your choice, with a list of local providers available upon request. Food carts are allowed outside, and outdoor cooking is allowed in designated areas. The on-site kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave to help streamline food preparation. Up to five hours of alcohol service is permitted within the venue.

The Louise Lowry Davis Center includes complimentary access to an 85-inch presentation TV. Live and amplified music is permitted until 9:00 p.m., with additional equipment supplied by your vendor. 

The Louise Lowry Davis Center offers the perfect blank canvas for your event. All reservations include complimentary use, setup, and takedown of essential items, such as tables and chairs for up to 96 people, as well as an 85-inch presentation TV. After booking, you’ll receive complimentary access to online software to design your event layout. Our staff will arrange items according to your specifications before your rental begins.

With essential items included in your rental cost, you can focus your budget on personalizing your event with your choice of decor, linens, tableware, centerpieces, floral arrangements, and additional lighting.
