Santa Barbara Parks and Recreation offers many programs for Older Adults in the Santa Barbara community, including free programs such as Duplicate Bridge Club, Knitting and Crochet Club, and Scrabble Club offered at the newly renovated Louise Lowry Davis Center, as well as paid fitness classes offered at the Carrillo Recreation Center.

Stretch and Tone

Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at the Carrillo Recreation Center.

Participants move through a variety of exercises designed to improve muscular strength, range of movement, and skills required during activities for daily living.

It costs $55 per year to participate in all Stretch and Tone classes; scholarships are available upon request.
