Body

The Parks and Recreation Department offers a diverse range of programs that meet the needs of our community members. The Adapted Recreation Program serves people with disabilities, our community gardens offer people an opportunity to grow healthy food options, food distributions provide fresh produce and essential foods to those who need it, and the Trees and Urban Forestry Program preserves, protects, and enhances Santa Barbara's trees and urban forest.
