The Parks and Recreation Department is a natural choice for your special event, with four spectacular indoor beachfront facilities, one historic downtown venue, five neighborhood centers, and 16 picturesque outdoor beach and park locations that provide a beautiful backdrop for your wedding or special event.

Dance under the stars, choose a location with thousands of roses, or say your vows with a glistening ocean as the backdrop. Try the beautiful downtown historic Carrillo Ballroom, which boasts one of the best dance floors in the country. All venues are available for rent throughout the year at affordable rates and can accommodate from 10 to 300 guests.

East Beach Cabrillo West

Grassy area under palm trees located east of Milpas Street and bordering the Cabrillo West parking lot. Capacity 200. ***Due to recent storm damage the beach sand is not accessible for events***

East Beach Calle Puerto Vallarta

Grassy area under palm trees located at Cabrillo Boulevard and Calle Puerto Vallarta, across the street from the Chromatic gate.

East Beach Pavilion Beach

Wedding ceremonies allowed in front of the building for those also renting the Cabrillo Pavilion. Capacity 100.

Leadbetter Beach Area West

Popular location for paddle-outs,  yoga classes and wedding ceremonies.
