Alameda Park Bandstand

A designated City Landmark, the Alameda Bandstand was originally built in 1888 after residents petitioned for its creation to provide the public with a place for entertainment. The Bandstand stands at the heart of one of Santa Barbara’s most widely used downtown parks, Alameda Park. Several structural repairs were completed in the spring of 2024 to ensure the Bandstand will continue to serve as a beloved community resource and landmark for years to come.
