Donated to the City in 1997, this large open-space area sits above Arroyo Burro Beach and contains walking trails and scenic ocean views. The park is a popular destination for dog owners, as dogs can enjoy areas of the park without their leashes on.

Off-leash dogs must be under sight and voice control. Owners must have a leash at all times and leash dogs when necessary. S.B.M.C. 6.08.020
