Pricing applies Friday-Sunday and holidays. Reservations must occur between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., including event setup and breakdown.

Weekend rates include a 6-hour reservation with the option to reserve up to 4 additional hours if needed. Reservations include the use of tables and chairs, audio-visual equipment, the presence of an event monitor and security guard, and post-event cleaning.

Discounted rates are available for City of Santa Barbara residents and non-profits. Proof of residency or 501(c)(3) status is required to receive discounted rates.

A $500 non-refundable down payment is required at the time of booking. All reservations are subject to a $500 refundable security deposit.

Casa Las Palmas offers flexible catering options, allowing you to bring in vendors of your choice, with a list of local providers available upon request. The on-site kitchen is equipped with a commercial refrigerator, a sink, and countertops to help streamline food preparation. Alcohol service is permitted within the venue and the outdoor patio.

Casa Las Palmas includes a 75-inch Smart TV for slideshows or presentations and indoor and outdoor electrical outlets for any additional audio-visual and entertainment needs. The large, gated patio is the perfect space for a DJ or live band to perform and doubles as a dance floor. Amplified music is permitted until 10:00 p.m.

Casa Las Palmas offers a flexible space with the ability to set up furniture to best fit your event. All reservations of Casa Las Palmas include complimentary use of tables and chairs, allowing you to make the most of your event budget. After booking, you will be provided with access to online software to design your perfect event layout. Our staff will arrange all furniture items according to your specifications before your event begins. 

Casa Las Palmas offers convenient parking for you and your guests in the Garden Street and Palm Park parking lots. These paid lots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Advanced reservations can be made in these parking lots by contacting the Waterfront Parking office at (805) 564-5523 or WFParking@SantaBarbaraCA.gov. Free public parking is also available along Cabrillo Blvd.
