Pricing applies Friday-Sunday and holidays. Reservations must occur between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., including event setup and breakdown.

Weekend rates include an 8-hour reservation with the option to purchase up to two additional hours if needed. Reservations include the use of tables and chairs, audio-visual equipment, the presence of an event monitor and security guard, and post-event cleaning.

Discounted rates are available for City of Santa Barbara residents and non-profits. Proof of residency or 501(c)(3) status is required to receive discounted rates.

A $500 non-refundable down payment is required at the time of booking. All reservations are subject to a $500 refundable security deposit.

The Palm Park Beach House offers flexible catering options, allowing you to bring in vendors of your choice, with a list of local providers available upon request. A four-burner gas range and oven are available for warming purposes. Outdoor spaces are provided for on-site cooking and grilling. If needed, generators may be used on the outdoor patio to increase your catering options. Alcohol service is permitted within the venue and the outdoor patio.

The Palm Park Beach House includes complimentary access to essential A/V amenities, such as wired and wireless microphones, a 72-inch display television, and an interior sound system suited for presentations, speeches, and light background music. Amplified music is permitted until 10:00 p.m., with additional equipment supplied by your vendor. We encourage bringing a dedicated technician for events with more complex A/V requirements to ensure a stress-free experience.

The Palm Park Beach House offers a flexible space with the ability to set up furniture to best fit your event. All reservations include indoor tables and chairs a lectern, and essential audio-visual equipment, with a detailed list of available items provided for your planning. After booking, you’ll receive complimentary access to online software to design your event layout. Our staff will arrange items according to your specifications before your rental begins.

With key furniture items included in your reservation , you can focus your budget on personalizing your event with your choice of decor, linens, tableware, centerpieces, floral arrangements, and additional lighting. While there is no dance floor at this venue, most events choose to dance on the charming outside patio.
 

The Palm Park Beach House offers convenient parking for you and your guests. Paid parking is available in the adjacent Garden Street and Chase Palm Park parking lots. Paid parking is first come, first served, or you can make reservations with the City of Santa Barbara’s Waterfront Department Parking Office at (805) 564-5523 or WFParking@SantaBarbaraCA.gov. Free public parking is available along Cabrillo Boulevard on a first come, first served basis.
