Franklin Neighborhood Center

The Franklin Neighborhood Center is located on the eastside of Santa Barbara adjacent to the Eastside Library, and is also home to a health care center run by County of Santa Barbara Public Health. The Franklin Neighborhood Center has its own parking lot and two options for room rentals, the Multi-Purpose Room for larger events and the Conference Room for smaller meetings. This neighborhood center is a great location for private events such as wedding receptions, birthday parties, quinceañeras, baptisms, and meetings.
